The Replica of the original style frame was only updated to accept flat-side gas tanks. The frame has many options for the look you want! The structure will hold an Evolution Panhead or Shovelhead engine with 4-speed or 5-speed transmission. Accepts all Big Twin engines 140-200 series rear tires with a chain drive. It will also fit 5-speed transmission. Knuckle or Flathead engines can be installed using an additional front engine mount spacer. The frame has a 1987-1999 type caliper bracket weld in place. Features a 30° rake and +2 raised neck. Features forgings that make the frame much stronger. Will not accept a seat post. Accepts a 3/4 rear axle and transmission mount plate. The structure is taller in the engine compartment to house the Evolution and TC-88 thru 110 motors. Rigid mount five and 6-speed transmissions with the aluminum inner and outer primary check height of transmission plate for correct direct alignment. Retro V-Twin wooden frame accepts solid mount TC-88 engines using steel motor mount available separately. Include the replica toolbox mount bracket welded in place.

TECH NOTES

• When using a chain drive with a 230 tire, use #17-0859, a 1-inch offset plate, and a #19-0105 sprocket is required. When using a belt or chain drive with a 200 tire, use #17-0860, a 3/4-inch offset plate, and a #19-0104 sprocket is required. When using a Shovelhead Evolution or Twin Cam engine, it is necessary to use #42-0617 in the primary.
• When using a TC-88 engine, order #51-0625 rear frame mount adapter plate. Sometimes, it may be necessary to ream or slightly file holes to assemble parts
• onto the frame. Use #31-0475 Front Engine Mount Spacer to accept 1936-1947 Knucklehead or Flathead engines in 1948-up structures. When using the #42-0617 primary, the use of #19-0570
• is needed if using the #17-0859 plate and #19-0105 sprocket. The #19-0569 is needed if using a #17-0860 transmission plate 3/4-inch offset and a #19-0104 sprocket.
• Suggested to use with #44-1942 Rear Alxe Rigid Style.
